Michaella, Peru and the Drugs Run (RTÉ One, 9.35pm)
Last summer, Michaella McCollum Connolly from Co Tyrone was arrested in Peru with a suitcase full of cocaine. This documentary follows her mother and sister as they set off to visit Michaella in prison and face up to the reality of her life behind bars. A must-watch.
The Armstrong Lie (Channel 4, 9pm)
A second outing of the critically acclaimed Lance Armstrong documentary, which unpicks the doping scandal that ended the Tour de France winner’s career in 2013. It’s gonna be hard to choose between this and the Michaella doc – prepare your Skybox. #thearmstronglie

Sherlock (RTÉ Two, 9pm)
Last week, BBC One announced a new series of the hugely popular programme, as well as a one-off special to be aired some time next year. What better way to celebrate than to watch the whole thing again? And RTÉ Two are very kindly facilitating this, with the first episode airing tonight. #sherlock

IT’S NOT ACTUALLY HAPPENING. Just to let you all know.
Yesterday there were reports that a new show made up of cast members from Tallafornia, The Valleys and Geordie Shore was part of the new UTV Ireland roster, and everyone (rightly) freaked out.
However UTV Ireland told the Irish Independent today that the reality programme dreams (or maybe nightmares) are made of is not actually a thing.
Yet.
